Programmed Skilled Workforce are looking for Processing Team Members for a food production factory based in Castlemaine, Vic. The roles are casual positions with full-time hours and ongoing work. Immediate start available.
We require all candidates to have full availability Monday to Friday with a preference for day or afternoon shift.
Successful candidates must possess the following personal and professional attributes to be successful in their application – these include;
Reliable and punctual.
Good communication skills.
Ability to follow directions and specific company processes.
Be hard working and prepared to do repetitive physical tasks.
Be willing to be flexible with availability and shifts.
Ability to work within small and large teams.
Ability to stick to stringent Safety and Quality processes.
Access to own or reliable transport to site.
Previous experience is an advantage, but is not required as full training is provided.
