Job Description: Our startup company interested in investing young talents ages (15- 35) in the city of Ibadan, Nigeria. We are recruiting to train young talents in Ibadan, Nigeria in Knowledge & Content Management over the course of 6 months with an option for employment. In the course of 6months the candidate will undergo several digital publishing and development trainings.
Our ideal candidate is someone interested in exploring or starting a career by joining a startup; someone interested in gaining hands-on experience/competence in digital content publishing. Candidate will join our team to learn and ultimately, become an expert in the field.
In your role as KCM, you will support our newly launched online platforms by creating, curating, improving and maintaining content and contribute to social media outreach to achieve our business goals.
Duties and responsibilities:
Success in this role requires a detail-oriented, proactive individual & self-starter; who enjoys working in a dynamic, small business environment and inspired by working with young team.
• Create, curate, post and update content resources on our online channels by staying up to date on newly released and relevant on the platform.
• Manage content distribution to online channels and social media platforms to increase web traffic
• Contribute to marketing, communications and engagement efforts by liaising with teams to ensure brand consistency
Contribute to the development and distribution of content and other platform resources on social media and other channels
• Support the gathering and analyzing of data to monitor and evaluate content performance and other metrics
Qualification:
- Post-Secondary School (SSCE Certificate)
- Graduate (NYSC, Polytechnic, University, Vocational college, Technical college) - Job seeker
Ability to Multi-task, formal, informal structured, unstructured exposure or experience in interfacing with content management platform is a plus.
